About Asit Kaul

Asit is the founder of ElevexT,  a coaching, consulting, publishing, and media services firm based in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, serving clients worldwide.

An instructor and PhD candidate at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, Asit researches the adoption of AI and robotics by organizations and consumers. His teaching includes MBA courses in operations, project, and performance management, alongside an undergraduate sales management course he developed and launched. He also delivers seminars and workshops on AI applications for faculty, staff, and students.

His 15-year career in telecommunications included senior roles at Bell Canada, where he served as Director, managing a $700 million portfolio and supporting over 15,000 employees across five continents.

His creative work spans fiction writing and filmmaking. His film credits include writing and directing Prejudice and A Date with Fear, as well as creative and production roles on other films and commercials.

 His speaking draws on these perspectives to examine technology adoption, leadership, communication, and personal growth. He explores why people embrace some changes and resist others, how beliefs and identities shape decisions, and what it takes to turn understanding into action.
